Challenge rules
- Run every day in DECEMBER (any other month doesn't count).
- Minimum of three miles or 25 minutes – which ever comes first.
- The challenge starts on December 1 and finishes on December 31.
- The challenge includes Christmas Day.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
