Challenge rules
Run every day in DECEMBER (any other month doesn't count).
Minimum of three miles or 25 minutes – which ever comes first.
The challenge starts on December 1 and finishes on December 31.
The challenge includes Christmas Day.
Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
